4. ONEASIA.ID is not responsible for the exchange of data that is carried out by themselves between Users.
5. ONEASIA.ID can only disclose data and information owned by Users when required and/or requested by an authorized institution based on applicable legal provisions, an official order from the Court, and/or an official order from the agency or apparatus concerned.
6. ONEASIA.ID site users can unsubscribe from the newsletter, which is a variety of the latest promo information and exclusive offers if you don't want to receive this information.

Terms & Conditions

Users must read, understand, accept and agree to all terms and conditions in this Agreement before using ONEASIA.ID. By using the ONEASIA.ID service, Users are deemed to have understood and agreed to all contents in the terms and conditions below. Terms and conditions can be changed or updated at any time without prior notification. Changes to the terms and conditions will take effect immediately after being listed on the ONONESIA.ID website. If Users object to the terms and conditions that we submit, then we recommend not using this site.

SITE USER TERMS

1. Users who are at least 18 years old or who have legally recognized requirements are included in the category of adult users and are exempt from the Child Protection Law.
2. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, display, sell, rent, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompose or exploit the ONEASIA.ID website.
3. Users are not permitted to load and publish content that:
   • Violating any copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other proprietary right.
   • Threatening, obscene, indecent, pornographic or may give rise to any obligations under Indonesian civil or criminal law or international law.
   • Contains bugs, viruses, worms, trapdoors, trojan horses or other malicious code or properties.
4. The products offered are not products made by ONEASIA.ID, but from Vendors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

PT. One Asia Teknologi is the sole owner or legal holder of all rights to the ONEASIA.ID website and site content. All content contained on the ONEASIA.ID website includes intellectual property rights that are protected by copyright laws and laws that protect other intellectual property that apply throughout the world. All rights not included in this Agreement or by us are hereby protected by law, including:

1. Whole Software Ownership.
2. The name ONEASIA.ID, related icons and logos are registered trademarks in various jurisdictions and are protected by laws regarding copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. It is strictly prohibited to use, modify, or install the brands mentioned above for personal gain and to discredit ONEASIA.ID.

TRANSACTION

1. Prices listed on the ONEASIA.ID website do not include shipping costs, fleet rates or couriers out of town (expedition).
2. Some items are not ex-stock so prior ordering is required.
3. Every product purchased from ONEASIA.ID is equipped with a warranty period that is adjusted to the manufacturer's warranty for each product.
4. Goods that have been purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for other goods, unless there is an agreement in advance.
5. Every maximum effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all the information contained. ONEASIA.ID does not guarantee with all respect the accuracy of this data, including product specifications and editorials.
6. You will receive an email notification regarding the Delivery Receipt Number shortly after your ordered product is shipped. You can also monitor the status of your order by using the Tracking feature on the front page of the ONEASIA.ID website.
7. ONEASIA.ID cooperates with payment gateways as a third party in organizing credit card transactions and other payment methods. ONEASIA.ID guarantees the security of transactions using this payment method.
8. ONEASIA.ID has the right to cancel transactions if there is a purchase transaction of goods that violates legal provisions and/or the terms and conditions of ONEASIA.ID.
9. Users hereby declare that they will release ONEASIA.ID (including the Parent Company, directors and employees) from claims for compensation for any claims or demands resulting from misuse of credit cards by other parties.

PRICE

If under certain circumstances, there is a price error or information about a product, ONEASIA.ID has the right to refuse or cancel orders that use the wrong price, including orders that have already been paid. If the order has been paid for by credit card, and your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will issue a refund according to the amount paid.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ONEASIA.ID always tries to provide product descriptions as accurate as possible. However, we cannot 100% guarantee that all descriptions or content contained on the website are accurate, complete, up to date, or error free. If the product you have purchased at ONEASIA.ID does not match what is stated in the product description, then you can return it in an unused / unsealed condition.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

In order to maintain a competitive selling price, it is very difficult for us to always provide (ready stock) every product that we display on ONEASIA.ID. Our staff will be happy to confirm again if there are several products that need to be ordered and the length of time for ordering.

MEMBERSHIP

1. To become a Membership of ONEASIA.ID is free of charge / free.
2. ONEASIA.ID members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account names and passwords and are fully responsible for all activities on behalf of Registered User accounts.
3. We have the full right to limit, block or terminate the service of an account, prohibit access to the ONEASIA.ID site and content, services, and slow down or delete hosted content, and take legal steps to protect ONEASIA.ID Members or other users if we assume that ONEASIA.ID members or other users violate applicable laws, violate the intellectual property rights of related parties, or commit an offense that violates the matters stated in this Agreement.
4. Members of ONEASIA.ID hereby declare that they will release ONEASIA.ID (including the Parent Company, directors and employees) from claims for compensation for any claims or demands made by third parties due to violations of the terms and conditions and use of the ONEASIA.ID Services. not necessarily.
5. ONEASIA.ID never asks for a User account password for any reason. With this, ONEASIA.ID urges users not to provide account passwords to any party, either third parties or parties acting on behalf of ONEASIA.ID.
6. ONEASIA.ID has the right to summon users if fraud and/or violations of terms and conditions are found that cause harm to other users, third parties, or ONEASIA.ID
7. ONEASIA.ID has the right to suspend the refund of transaction cancellation funds if fraud and/or violations of ONONEASIA.ID's terms and conditions are found no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation of the transaction
